Forget your password? It happens to the best of us. But without these credentials, you're not going to get very far...

Go ahead and follow these steps to reset your password and gain access to the Mountain City Support Center to submit your tickets:

1. Navigate to https://mountaincity.support/open.php and try to log in with the last username and password you remember. Your username is your Mountain City Church or ACS email address.
2. If your credentials are invalid, you'll receive an error message and under the 'Sign In' button a 'Forgot My Password' link will appear. Click 'Forgot My Password'.
3. Enter your ACS or Mountain City Church email address in the username field and click 'Send Email'.
4. Check your email for your password reset link. Note: If the email doesn't appear in your Inbox after a few minutes, make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you don't receive the email, go back and make sure your email was entered correctly.
5. Open the email titled 'Mountain City Support Center Access' and click on the link at the bottom of the email to reset your password.
6. Re-enter your Mountain City Church/ACS email in the username field and click 'Login'
7. Under 'Access Credentials' enter a new password two times, in the respective boxes then click 'Update'.

You've now reset your password and should be able to log into the Mountain City Church Support Center without issue!
