Just follow these steps to get Microsoft Outlook installed on your device and to connect your email account:

1. Search for and download Microsoft Outlook from your device's app store
2. Search for and download the Intune Company Portal from your device's app store
3. Once installed, open Outlook
4. Tap 'Get Started' (if you already have Outlook installed with other email accounts connected, open Menu > Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account and skip to Step #)
5. Add any Google accounts you may want or choose to skip this step if you only want to add your work/school account
6. On the 'Add account' screen, enter your full email address then tap 'Continue'
7. Enter your email account password and tap 'Sign In' or 'Next'
8. If multi-factor authentication is enabled, verify your identity
9. You may have additional steps required by the Intune Company Portal app to secure your email data. Follow the on-screen prompts and set a PIN, if required.
