There is a way to print a document and have the printer hold onto it until you get to the printer. Once there, you can select it and type in a personalized code before it will print. What is this amazing feature? Secure print!

There are a few steps you'll have to do to get secure print set up, but we'll walk you through them:

  1. Open up any document you'd like to print (we recommend a Word document to get things set up)
  2. Go to the print menu (File > Print, Ctrl + P, or however you like to get to the print screen)
  3. Select the RICOH MP C6004ex Elementary Resource Room printer from this list
  4. Click 'Printer Properties'
