I'm locked out of my account. What do I do?

No one likes to be put in time out after typing your password wrong one too many times.
If you find yourself locked out of your account, you will have to contact a System Administrator to unlock your account. If you've forgotten your password, you can ask the System Admin to reset your password as well. Here's who to contact:
- For ACS requests, contact the Secondary Office at (907) 269-3843
- For Mountain City Church requests, contact the IT Office at (907) 644-5138
If the System Admin resets your password, you'll be required to change your password upon logging in.
